Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Laser House NYC, we are dedicated to providing safe, professional, and effective laser hair removal services. Because treatments are personal services and results depend on individual factors, traditional product “returns” or guaranteed outcomes are not possible. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, credits, and client satisfaction concerns.

1. Nature of Services

Laser hair removal results vary from person to person depending on skin type, hair type, treatment area, and individual response to the laser. While most clients achieve significant hair reduction, we do not guarantee identical results or permanent outcomes.

2. Refunds

• Services Rendered: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions, as time, resources, and equipment are allocated to each treatment.
• Packages/Prepaid Sessions: If you have purchased a package and wish to discontinue before all sessions are used, any request for credit or partial refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if granted, will be limited to the unused portion of the package and may be subject to administrative fees.
• Special Offers & Discounts: Promotional or discounted services/packages are non-refundable.

3. Client Satisfaction Commitment

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not reasonably satisfied with your results, please contact us at [email protected] or (929) 785-1936 within 14 days of your last session. After reviewing your treatment history, we may offer one or more of the following remedies at our discretion:

• An additional treatment session at no cost,
• Adjustments to your treatment plan, or
• Other reasonable accommodations designed to improve your experience.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged a fee or result in forfeiture of the session.
• Prepaid sessions or packages will be reduced accordingly for missed appointments.

5. Liability & Acknowledgement

By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge and accept the following:

• Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
• Side effects are possible, including redness, swelling, or skin sensitivity. These are generally temporary and explained in pre-treatment consultations.
• Laser House NYC is not liable for lack of desired results when proper aftercare instructions are not followed or when biological factors limit effectiveness.
